Food Types
Listing various types of food generally grown or produced here in Utah. While a major tenant of Slow Food is local artisnal production, location is not the sole factor for consideration. We are looking for exceptional quality, passion, an aspect of artisinery, or other factors that set a producer or retailer and their products apart from the "rest of the pack." The driving motto is "Good, Clean and Fair." those three words embody a lot and as with any misstion-type statement they help guide use in considering what is "slow food."
