SLOW FOOD UTAH: Christi Paulson "Food & Wine Educator of the Year"

Slow Food Utah Leader Christi Paulson was awarded the "Food and Wine Educator of the Year" by Salt Lake Magazine Tuesday night, February 19, 2008 at a dinner ceremony at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City.
Christi had no idea that she was receiving the award and was most excited to receive the recognition for her hard work with Slow Food Utah. She has worked very hard the past few years with Slow Food Utah and the various programs the organization is involved in.
The Slow Food Utah Webmeister would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Slow Food Utah members and volunteers who have donated their time, energy and funds. We, Slow Food Utah, are having an impact and this award goes to show that. While this award was presented to Christi, she says that it really belongs to the whole group. This award represents several years of hard work by a dedicated group of people in our community.
