Who We Are
Valley Game and Gourmet started in 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah. What started as one person has grown into a dynamic team of dedicated and passionate employees.
Now in two locations (Utah and South Dakota) our love for food covers the continent.
We offer premium proteins straight from the farm to your kitchen. The close relationships we have with our partners are long standing. These partners must be reputable and demonstrate strict responsible farming practices. The respect and concern we have for our partners and clients is mutual. Together we accomplish our goal of bringing the health and beauty of the farm to your kitchen.
Valley Game & Gourmet will never endanger wildlife for profit. Valley Game & Gourmet has never obtained game meats illegally, repackaged, or reprocessed products unlike some vendors. We at Valley Game & Gourmet have the utmost respect for our clients and the animals from which our products derive. Our integrity and outstanding reputation will never be compromised by unethical or illegal practices. That is our guarantee to you.

Services
Sourcing: Valley Game is continually sourcing out new and more exciting specialty proteins. Our focus is to provide environmentally responsible products. Our clients trust us and expect more. We deliver the freshest “top shelf” proteins available.
Product Development: Valley Game works hand in hand with artisan farms as well as small processors. This allows us the unique position as a liaison between small farms and your kitchen. Valley Game chooses responsible and reputable farms with products we value.
Small Passionate Staff: Our staff is dedicated and supports the Slow Food Movement.
Our Chef, Franco Aloia, prepares meals on a weekly basis in our test kitchen. Sampling products and sharing dining experiences helps our staff understand your side of this business.
Along with our love for American Cuisine, Valley Game also shares a passion for the farmer. Much of our staff grew up in farming communities in the Midwest.
