Slow Food Blog
Online at Slow Food Utah, we have a
blog that anyone can post too. We love to hear about what people are trying at home and in their community to live slowly. We especially are looking for comments from those who have received ARK seeds. A blog on the topic has already been started.
Slow Food in Schools
Another successful school year has come to a close, but students will still be gardening and creating culinary memories at Riley Elementary this summer. This past year the students have gain much knowledge, tasted several new foods and had fun with the monthly after-
school tasting and cooking classes. This summer Slow Food Utah will continue to work with students in the school garden and cooking from the bounty that will be coming soon. Summer volunteer needs to keep the program running are listed in the volunteer section.
