  • Slow Food Editore’s publications are dedicated to food and wine culture and tourism. Published in Italy. Slow Food Editore currently publishes two periodicals:
  • "Slow": In English, there is the attractive, large–format color magazine Slow the international herald of taste and culture, the award–winning official journal of the Slow Food movement. Published four times a year in six languages (Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese) and mailed to all Slow Food international members as part of their subscription.

The journal focuses on the anthropology and geography of food and foodways and the evolution of trends in taste.

  • "Slowfood": In Italian, there is the equally attractive, large–format color magazine Slowfood, which comes out in Italian eight times a year. Created at the start of 2004, Slowfood comes out eight times a year. Albeit aimed exclusively at Italian members, this attractive full–color, large–format magazine does not confine itself to Italy, but also offers a typically critical Slow Food approach to the food and wine scene all round the world through special reports, stories, itineraries, reviews and tastings.
  • Slow Food Editore’s Historical Archives include the following past Slow Food Editore periodical titles:
  • "L’Arca" was the Slow Food magazine (published only in Italian) that recounted Italian food products in danger of extinction. Here you can visit the archive from n°1 (2000) to n°5 (2001).
