Classes to be held in Salt Lake City's Rosepark and Glendale Neighborhoods at Backman, Mountain View, Riley, and Rose Park Elementary Schools.  Also at the Woodrow Wilson Elementary Health Fair in May. Volunteers welcome!

January:

• 8  —  Riley Elementary, 4:00 – 5:00 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 9  —  Riley Elementary, 4:00 – 5:00 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 15  —  Rose Park Elementary 3:30 – 4:30 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 16  —  Rose Park Elementary 3:30 – 4:30 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.

February:

• 5  —  Backman Elementary 5-6:30 pm.  Health Fair.  Provide healthy snack and recipe and volunteers to distribute.
• 12  —  Riley Elementary, 4:00 – 5:00 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 13  —  Riley Elementary, 4:00 – 5:00 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 19  —  Rose Park Elementary 3:30 – 4:30 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 20  —  Rose Park Elementary 3:30 – 4:30 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.

March:

• 5  —  Backman Elementary 4:00 – 5:00 pm.  Nutrition lesson on fruit & vegetable.  Demonstrate & distribute healthy snack.
• 11  —  Riley Elementary, 4:00 – 5:00 pm  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 12  —  Riley Elementary, 4:00 – 5:00 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 12  —  Backman Elementary 4:00 – 5:00 pm.  Nutrition lesson on fats. Demonstrate and distribute healthy snack.
• 18  —  Rose Park Elementary 3:30 – 4:30 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.
• 19  —  Rose Park Elementary 3:30 – 4:30 pm.  Tasting/Cooking lesson.

April:
